- Promulgated the passage of a municipal ordinance and Pinelands approval for the pilot program
for the Alternate Design Waste Water Treatment Systems. It was the first in the county.
- Public awareness campaign resulted in a settlement four times the original offer in a client condemnation action.
- Coordinated the permitting process for dual tower, high rise, mix use construction
involving Department of Community Affairs plan review, and multiple agency permitting process.
- Obtained permits to construct commercial and residential buildings throughout the state
- Worked with State Department of Agriculture agency on assessment of wetlands for a New Jersey farm resulting in a
net reduction of assessed wetlands of eight-five percent.
